You represent and warrant that you are in proper physical condition to participate in the Thunder Games and do not suffer from any known condition or disability which would prevent or limit your participation in the Thunder Games, its activities, events and programs.

You hereby acknowledge that you are aware of the risks, dangers and hazards associated with or related to the Thunder Games, its activities, events and programs including without limitation risk of injury to you, including loss or damage to personal property, injury, illness, death, or other consequences, which might result not only from your own actions, inaction or negligence but also the actions, inaction or negligence of others, the rules of play, or the conditions of the premises or of any equipment used and any other risks not known or not reasonably foreseeable. You assume all risks, known and unknown, associated with your participation arising out of any cause whatsoever including, but not limited to, loss or damage to personal property, injury, illness, or death.

In consideration of being permitted to participate in the Thunder Games, you for yourself and on behalf of your heirs, assigns and personal representatives, agree to release and discharge the organizers, sponsors, Sandals Resorts International Limited, the hotel, hotel management company, and their respective parent companies, affiliates, associates, subsidiaries, insurers, directors, officers, employees, successors, assigns, agents and representatives ("the Releasees") from any and all claims or causes of action whether arising from the negligence of the Releasees or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

By affixing your signature below, you hereby confirm that you are over the age of 18 years and you have read, understood and accepted the above waiver and release of liability and that you knowingly and voluntarily agree to the terms and conditions set forth therein.
